MOULD TESTING

Health Canada considers indoor mould growth to be a significant health hazard. Mould is the common term used for fungi growing in homes or commercial buildings. This fungi is caused by excess humidity that is not being properly ventilated, often present due to moisture in basements or ground floors or excess rain seeping in due to damaged roofing or window frames.

Mould can amplify existing health concerns like allergies or respiratory issues. Often infants, children, the elderly and those with health problems such as breathing difficulties are more at risk from the existence of mould and dampness.

We are able to test mould in your home or commercial building to determine the type of mould you are dealing with, the possible source of the moisture, and make suggestions for possible remediation options.
